The first West Who citizen of 2017 was born. Aoife Farr is the daughter of the Minister of Education A. Farr and Space Agency Director K. Farr. As all children born of West Who parents, Aoife receives "Horton Hears a Who" the favorite children's reading book in West Who. Aoife was born five weeks early and only weighed 4 lbs. 6 oz. at birth. She spent several days in the hospital NICU unit. Her parents told the Whoville News that she has been released from the hospital and is currently at home doing well.
