The West Who Senate voted overwhelmingly to pass Senate Bill 6, the Supreme Court Terms and Causes for Removal bill. The new law which reads as follows will be added to the West Who Basic Law - Justices to the West Who Supreme Court are appointed by the President to a three year term which may be renewed by the President. The Chief Justice is appointed by the President, also to a three year term. Appointments must be ratified by the West Who Senate. Justices may be removed from office by a vote of the West Who Senate for misconduct, incompetence, bias, violation of Judicial Ethics, health issues, or failure to participate in court proceedings.
